CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS: Please cancel or reschedule any services booked at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a 75% charge. There is a 100% charge for any no-shows or last-minute cancellations day of for any service booked. ARRIVAL: We kindly offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after this time, it will be considered a no-show, and we will need to reschedule your appointment. $5 fee for every 5 min late if within grace period time. Please check all emails/sms for further appointment details. FORMS: Complete the forms prior to your appointment. This will assist us in preparing for your visit and allow us to discuss any additional details you may have. SICK/FLU: If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to a time when you’re feeling better. This will help ensure the health and safety of yourself, me, and other clients. EXTRA GUESTS: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests or children. If you have a special circumstance and need to bring someone, please inform me, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. PAYMENT METHOD: You can pay using your card on file, credit or debit card, or tap to pay. We also accept cash, but please provide exact change. For those who prefer payment plans, Afterpay is available. BOOKING PROCEDURES: We kindly ask that you book your appointment at least 4 hours in advance through our website, as we are unable to accept bookings via text or direct messages. If you would like an estimate, please feel free to contact us with your specific requests. EXTRA: To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please book ALL the services you would like in advance. If you wish to add art or extend your time at the last minute, there may be a $15 convenience fee. PEDICURES: To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care, pedicure services are provided only on healthy skin and nails. If there are any signs of infection, open skin, or conditions that may compromise the safety of the service, we will be unable to perform the service and the appointment will be cancelled at that time. Your health and comfort—as well as that of all our clients—are our top priority, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
